2. Hosting and Server Log Files
When you access this website, our hosting provider processes in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL or file, the referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, the HTTP status code and the amount of data transferred. This processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, and analyse errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the secure and reliable operation of this website.
The recipient and processor is STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR is in place with STRATO.
According to its own information, STRATO stores IP addresses for a maximum of seven days to detect and defend against attacks. In the log files made available to customers, host names and IP addresses are displayed in anonymised form. Where STRATO provides access statistics in the customer area, we do not actively access them and do not archive them ourselves.

This website does not contain a contact form. The email link only opens the email application configured on your device; no data is transmitted to us until you send the message. If you contact us by email, we process your contact details, the content of your message and the associated technical communication metadata to handle your enquiry. For pre-contractual enquiries, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the proper handling of correspondence. STRATO is the recipient and processor for our email service.
If you contact us by telephone, we process your telephone number, where it is transmitted, and the information provided during the call in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the contact is made for the performance of pre-contractual measures or a contract; otherwise, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We delete enquiries that do not result in an engagement six months after they have been finally dealt with. Data is retained for longer where statutory retention obligations apply or where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
4. Cookies, Local Storage and Tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use Local Storage, Session Storage or comparable technologies to store information on or read information from your device. We do not use analytics, audience measurement, marketing or profiling services.
As there is currently no storage of or access to information requiring consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG, we do not use a consent banner. We will review and update this notice before introducing any such technology.
